Who’s behind this gift shop?
Annemarie and Mirjam, two enthusiastic globetrotters, are the founders of Traveling Dutchies. Through our travel experiences we love to inspire, advise and most of all to motivate others to travel more or to bring that amazing travel sensation into their homes. We are always looking for unique products for our webshop, that reinforce the lust for traveling. This way, we have products for and by travelers! A large number of the products in our webshop is thought of and produced by order of ourselves and for this reason uniquely available at travelingdutchies.com.

What’s the delivery time of my order?
If you place your order on a weekday before 5 PM, we will send it to you that same day. To countries outside of the Netherlands the estimate shipping time is about a 2-3 working days.
If a product is out of stock, this will be mentioned on the website. In such case, you can place an order, but the delivery time will be longer. If you order multiple products, of which one or more are out of stock, the whole order will be delivered when all products are back in stock.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs for outside the Netherlands are as mentioned below You will be able to see the shipping costs after placing a product in your shopping cart.
Can I return my order?
If your order isn’t what you expected, you are of course free to return it. Please let us know in advance by sending us an e-mail, which states the reason of returning the product. We will then send you the return address. If you return the product in the original package, undamaged, sufficiently stamped within 28 days, we will pay you back the purchase price (shipping costs excluded) as soon as possible after we’ve received the returned product. Don’t forget to mention your order number and name when you return a product! Otherwise we cannot process it. We would also like to hear the reason for returning your order, this helps us improve and further develop the webshop.
I have a complaint about my order, what should I do?
Is a product damaged, are you not satisfied with the quality or did your receive the wrong product? Please let us know by sending us an e-mail. We will always offer a suitable solution. If a product is damaged, please attach a picture of the damage to your e-mail, so we know what the exact problem is.
My order has been sent, can I track it?
If your order is sent as a parcel or mailbox parcel, you can e-mail us for the track & trace code. If your order is sent by regular mail, you won’t be able to track it, unfortunately.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay easily and safely with iDeal, Creditcard, Sofort, Mr Cash/ Bancontact and PayPal.
My order is a present, can I include a personal message?
If you’d like to add a personal message for the recipient to your order, please do so in the special field when you place your order. This message will then be included on the delivery note. We do not charge any extra costs for this. Unfortunately, we cannot gift wrap your order for you.
Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands and Belgium?
Yes, we do! During your check-out you can choose from different countries to ship your order to, and safely pay with Creditcard or PayPal. If your country is not on the list or you need help with translation, just send us an e-mail. We’re always willing to help you!
Can I also purchase your own products as a company or shop?
Do you want to purchase our products as a business gift or use them for resale? In both cases we would like to receive an e-mail that states which products it concerns, the number of products, within what timeframe you want to receive them and any other possible requests. We’d like to think along with you and will come back to your request as soon as possible.
